Each individual is only permitted to hold one active account on jd99a. This includes one account per identity card number, phone number, email address, IP address, and device. Holding more than one account is a serious violation that may result in the closure of all related accounts.
You are solely responsible for keeping your jd99a account username and password confidential. Do not share your login details with anyone, including family members. jd99a will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by your own negligence.

You are responsible for ensuring all your profile information is accurate and up to date. Outdated or inaccurate information may cause delays in the withdrawal process or account suspension during KYC reviews.
Accounts that have been inactive for 12 consecutive months will be classified as "dormant accounts". jd99a reserves the right to charge a monthly maintenance fee of RM 5 or the remaining account balance, whichever is lower, after this inactivity period.
